Atom is pre-launch. The only personal data this site collects is what you put into the waitlist forms, so this note is short — it covers exactly that, and nothing it can't yet stand behind.

1. What the waitlist collects, and why

The full form asks for your name, business name, email, trade, account count, what software you run today, and an optional message. The shorter forms around the site ask only for your email. We also record which page the form was on.

We ask because we are picking a small group of pilot operators: the trade and account count tell us whether your routes fit the pilot, and the email is how we reach you. That is the entire purpose. None of it sets your price.

2. What happens to it

It is stored to run the pilot programme and to contact you about Atom. It is not sold, not shared with data brokers, ad networks or lead-generation services, and not used for anything beyond talking to you about Atom.

3. Who is responsible for it

Atom Data Solutions LLC is the controller of this data — the entity behind Atom and this site.

4. How to get it deleted

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will delete your entry. No form, no proof required, no waiting period.

5. What this note is not, yet

This is not a full privacy policy for the Atom product — the product is in staging and handles pilot data under direct agreements with pilot operators. A complete policy, covering operators, technicians and homeowners, will be published before Atom is generally available.
